Ponbine Commander Dala and her second, Philomena are talking to each other until Ponbine Commander Signa approaches them with news about what happened to underground complex below the docks.

Author's Note: (The underground complex is the same place where most of TCOT took place.)
This page went through two iterations. The first one was only Dala and Philomena, then Dala only with Signa approaching her. I eventually made it into what you see now, with two of the panels not only letting Signa tell the events of the underground, but also showing what happened to the ponbine guards that were stationed there.
