The Outland Militia 143C-7E (1): Page 7

Rylan notices two ponies approaching the house and told them go away or get shot. One pony (Winger) tries to calm him down when he noticed Rylan mistook them for bandits. But the other one (Delta) can tell from Rylan's voice and posture that he is more than willing to shoot them rather than talk to them for biased reasons. Before Rylan can pull the trigger, Noman tells him to stand down because he's aware that the two ponies are none other than militia recruits from P.M. Delta. The same Militia members that Jed Barley tried to inform to H.M. Able, but was not able to because they missed his last transmission.

Author's Note: (Conscription is good for bolstering ranks... But not for having experienced soldiers.)
The original "original" idea of this part was that two anonymous ponies would approach the house and the story would still go on as normal. The only difference was that both ponies would eventually be killed off later on. But since I didn't bother hexing two minor ponies for this role (I cannot add clothing on GMOD ponies yet. Specifically rebel outfits for anonymous ponies.). I instead replaced them with two ponies created from two different owners here on DA. The storyline was changed to prevent their deaths (So don't worry. I would never kill off any pony OC that was created by someone else. Unless I made the said ponies to fulfill a redshirt role, than that's another story.) The fact that Winger and Delta Hooves made an appearance here shows two things. One, all pony OCs not made by me will most likely appear as civilians inside the Perimeter or members of Earth's Outland Militia to bolster the ranks of the Pony Militia Teams. Two, Winger mentions that he and Delta were folded into a militia team after signing on to help patrol the perimeter instead of the outlands. Meaning that The Outland Militia is falling short on recruits for outland patrols and may be sending inexperienced volunteers with no knowledge of the outlands outside the perimeter to replace the ones that died. (There's also other logical in-comic explanations on why other pony OCs may make appearances as militia members, but I'll save it for another time.).
